Tour of California Group at Flickr

As I do every year when the race returns to California, I have just created a Flickr group for the 2010 Amgen Tour of California professional bicycle race. The event starts in about a week in Northern California and travels around the state before ending a week later in Southern California. International pro bicycle racing teams compete, and a lot of big names in pro cycling take part including Lance Armstrong.

So, whether you want to see up to the minute photos from the stages of the race or post your own photographs, consider joining the group.

Hi Dan! I saw this on Facebook. I plan to be taking a few pics myself of the TOC. I have seen the race go by for all last 4 years. Actually I will download some on flickr tonight. Maybe we can meet on Tuesday if you like. More than likely friends & I will be watching at the top of Kings Mtn. Maybe will see you. Take care JB

John, sounds good. I think my son may want to be on Kings Mtn, or else the top of one of the other climbs.

If you have photographs from the previous couple of TOCs, I did groups at Flickr in 2009 and 2008 also – look them up and post there. At some point I’ll probably link out to those other groups, too.
