An iPhone snap of my camera set up to photograph dawn light on Tucki Mountain, near Stovepipe Wells in Death Valley National Park.

Fun, eh? ;-)

  1. Dan:

We are fortunate to have such wonderful locales to photograph here in California. Yes, standing behind a camera in the great outdoors, beats sitting behind a desk, any time!

  2. And the real photograph that “my camera was making” (which came a moment later, as the light descended a bit more) will be here later this week.

But you are right, DEVA is a wonderful place.

    Dan

  3. Like this photo. Every photo I see of DV just make me more aware that I really do need to go there. Thanks for keeping my hopes up on a trip in my future :)
